1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SeekerPDF ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SeekerPDF ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

SeekerPDF is an iOS application that provides AI-powered document intelligence, including PDF reading, AI analysis, conversational Q&A, document scanning with OCR, PDF editing and annotations, text-to-speech, article review, and file management. The App integrates with third-party LLM providers for AI-powered features.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

  • • Free Tier: Limited access to features with no payment required.
  • • Pro Subscription: $9.99/month billed through the Apple App Store. Includes unlimited AI analyses, all agents, and all providers.
  • • Team Subscription: $19.99/user/month with shared workspaces and admin controls.
  • • Enterprise: Custom pricing with dedicated support and on-premise options.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

To use AI-powered features, you must provide your own API key from a supported LLM provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, HuggingFace, Ollama, or a custom endpoint). You are responsible for: maintaining the security of your API keys, all charges incurred through your API keys, complying with the terms of service of your chosen LLM provider. We are not responsible for any charges, data processing, or service interruptions from third-party LLM providers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to process illegal content.
  • • Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or security features.
  • • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or its features.
  • • Use automated systems to abuse the App's services.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, AI agent architecture, and branding, is the intellectual property of SeekerPDF. You retain full ownership of your documents and any content you create or process using the App. We claim no rights to your content.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI analysis results, summaries, entity extractions, and Q&A responses are generated by third-party large language models and may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or biases. SeekerPDF provides these results as informational aids only. You should independently verify any critical information. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEEKERPDF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI analyses will be accurate or complete.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. All data stored locally on your device remains yours.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
